Mallory Law Office, LLC represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, landlords and tenants, developers, investors, contractors, borrowers, and owners of distressed real estate in many different segments of the commercial real estate market.


We represent clients in real estate tax matters, including filing and defending Current Agricultural Use Valuation (CAUV) applications, complaints against valuation, and exempt use applications. Our lawyers also represent clients before the Ohio Department of Taxation and the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals.


We represent clients in zoning and use matters, such as conditional use permit applications, variances, special assessment appeals, and zoning litigation.


A large part of our commercial real estate practice involves real estate finance projects. We have represented clients in over $100 million in real estate financing from commercial and mezzanine lenders. We work with our clients in workouts, loan modification agreements, and forbearance agreements, and in litigation that arises from financing.


Many of our clients are commercial real estate companies, and we represent them in drafting and reviewing commercial leases, real estate purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements and development agreements.
